The Corporate Governance Committee's main objective is to ensure that the Belgian Corporate Governance Code's provisions remain relevant to listed companies and are regularly updated in line with practice, legislation and international standards.

The Committee is assisted in its work by a Permanent Working Group. In addition, the Committee makes use of ad hoc working groups that deepen specific themes or write explanatory notes.
